Note: Painter and sculptor Herbert Leopold studied fine art in Belgium, France and Italy. He attended American Artists school, the Pratt Institute and Ecole Royale des Beaux Arts in Belgium. He was active in New York City as a muralist, set designer and taught art at York College. He exhibited at the Salmagundi Club as well as other venues in New York. Later he lived and painted in Rockport, Massachusetts. These artworks are from the estate of the artist.
